The paint colors should be selected by now and the plumbing started inside. 

It's hard because sometimes  a paint job requires tons of extra spackling / mudding, other times none, sometimes it's same color so 1 coat, sometimes no trim, or one coat.

I would do that, then create a wood cover painting the same color as the wall to cover the tv up when not in use.

No joke.I've always loved Mini Coopers, and this thing was sitting for so long (probably because of the color) and the price couldn't be beat, I had to snap it up.

. - you might want to try the red colored RV anti-freeze (not the kind that is used in automobile radiators and cooling systems - I recently told somebody to use RV anti-freeze for drain traps in a house, and they showed up with the stuff for cars, the wrong stuff).

One way to find out if you have a toilet leak is to place a drop of food coloring in the toilet tank.
