https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2012/06/15/dallas-church-...This seems to be more of an issue here in the bigger counties....so maybe the school district sues and wins and puts the property up at acution, but the city, county, water district or whoever is not included in the suit.   

In both cases, it's the toilet, and the water didn't shut off completely after the flush.

If you don't like it, please provide your move out date and if she shuts up and stays.

Worked great until that store shut down with no warning. 2 years later, another similar type of store closed their doors with only a week warning.

There are many towns in this country that are very short term friendly and can turn a healthy profit.How would you feel if your city shut out short term rentals?

Sounds like the county shut down construction due to elevation or possibly FEMA issues.
