The big question is: what research/materials would you recommend reviewing when looking to either build and lease out a kid friendly building OR taking the jump into actually operating or co-owning a kid oriented business.

Leave them with materials they can pass on to any clients that are interested in your services, along with a referral agreement that the agent can use to ensure they are paid for referring you the business.You have to differentiate yourself from the competition and you have to be able to explain that to others.

I would prefer these reading materials to be free, however if they are not, just state that it isn’t free when you recommend the book, so I can budget money to invest in them.

If they have one main supplier for the raw materials, they are at the mercy of the supplier. 

What kind of features: security cameras, electronic gates, shipping/packing materials sold on site, easy access to many local living spaces, etc?
