My only suggestion would be to turn the phone sideways to give yourself a view like you would see on TV and get ride of the black on either side.  

I don't know of any clearly defined black and white lines from the IRS regarding this.

I do want to make money, but we also love the coast and would use it a lot when it is not booked (but would never black out a time for our own vacation).

Your belief that approving a white applicant with an eviction and then rejecting a black one is a form of white guilt.

Basically, your policy has to have a reason for saying no to criminal offenses, and your policy can't be more discriminatory towards one race than another.The document says that discriminating against criminals can be harder on blacks and hispanics than other races.  

Of course I'm a little less black and white about the statement but it does make a point.

Here is a light gray house with white trim, no shutters - and notice the black trim just around the inside of the windows.  

The problem with mold is that people assume that they're always talking about "black mold." 

And NO that will not be the final paint color - ceiling will be sprayed black and walls/flooring/mill work will match the Charlotte unit.  

Do you imagine that you could have a, "no black visitors" clause, and be safe as long as, "the tenant made the call?"
