Telling the lender you are getting another loan on another property will definitely raise red flags for them. 

I would network like crazy with locals and people with knowledge from around the world.. that really is the beauty of the internet. 

I have a business in the salon/beauty industry and I am looking to diversify my income stream using REI. 

We re-finished them and they are still solid and beautiful.You can be more cost effective with hardwood if you get the narrower red oak, then finish them yourself or have a sub do it.For bedrooms - I see a lot of carpet (invest in the pad).

It'd be a huge red flag to see him offering to sell you a house for 100K when he owes 200K and not positioning it as short sale etc.  

Way too many red flags were ignored.

A beautiful and booming city, a city being reborn and redefined with new development spurring in nearly every corner of the city and surrounding areas.

I want to organize and host big, fancy charity balls with $10,000 VIP tables & a red carpet where CEOs take pictures with the big check their companies donated to (insert NPO).
