What kind of do diligence should I do before attending one of these Auctions?

I am 22 year old attending at Dixie State University, as a freshman in Utah.

Are there any multi-family conferences you would recommend to attend?

Poste notes at the property so neighbors can see it and attend the hearing.

I'd look into attending some of your local REIA or Real Estate meetup group.

You cannot walk down the street, sit in a bar, talk to parents at a playground, attend a ice cream social, help pull a car out of a ditch without hearing how their parent, older aunt/uncle etc worked for Kodak.
