No offense Herwig, but I don't think Accredify will take the liability in court if your service returns 'true' on an accredited investor who is in fact not accredited.Let's assume the worst case and the investor sues.

BenThe idea of getting the kids involved is a great suggestion.We started with legit documentation of gifting each year etc from birth.Then as a high income producing property became avail, & they were 18, we would let the kids assume ownership & take the income.

I'm assuming buying raw land, splitting it up, and building a few homes on it is the way to go.Flipping is appealing as well but it seems like everyone and his brother is trying to do it right now.
