At the same time, a contract will be executed between the owner and the Housing Authority which will allow the owner to receive the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) from the Housing Authority.

As it is has now been a year, I'd like to reapply, but I'm looking for assistance from someone that has previously done this successfully.The neighbor has been in opposition from the beginning and personally has an illegal duplex.

I maintain my license because it gives me an advantage through access to the MLS and a better understanding of agents and what they have to deal with.I love being an investor but I would hate being a full time agent only because it's not for me.
