I ended up taking up all the real oak wood floors that were damaged from an air condition condensation line leak and replaced the floors with all new tile throughout all the bedrooms, hallway, dining and living room.

I bought a house that will need a full gut renovation I am just curious to see how much it has cost to put in a furnace, central air unit and full duct work.

It does not have central air conditioning.

Have you considered it as an Air BnB or short term rental? 

Call them, or go in person and take a friendly air and tell them what you want to do, and ask if there are any building or zoning considerations you should know about.

Most of the buildings I am looking at have open-air staircases but I hadn't thought about incorporating COVID trends.
