What you probably mean is that you think you can make enough money as a wholesaler to start investing, but that is 1 in 10,000 or more probably who start.

Hosts were making a lot of money then, but the demand has dried up and there is now a ton of competition due to a lot more rentals on the market.

In my experience, having some basic knowledge going into conversations with professionals, such as attorneys or CPAs or financial advisors can help you avoid slick talkers who don’t actually know what they are talking about.I feel badly that me wanting to do some homework prior to meeting with an attorney was so triggering for some. 

As someone who does this, we actually take really good care of the property because it needs to be in top shape for the corporate client.They usually pay a premium to market rent too.

If not then you need to use financing like hard money or private money.
