I read through some of DJT's returns- from the sidelines, it's tough to know what's accurate and what's a lie.

We switched to Appfolio from QB about a year ago, had to hire a book keeper to enter all the transactions and keep it accurate.  

I ask for 30 day minimum stay and minus my first one which was a slum LOL, they’re in decent areasTo get these places I gathered up chunks in chunks of landlords names numbers and email addresses skip trace as many as I could contact them and got a bunch of “No’s”.  

It does look like I've been talking to the wrong lenders and was given information that may have been accurate for them, but not generally.

I think it really depends on how accurate you want the information to be.

It'll take me a bit now to gather enough money for my next lonnie deal.

I’d really want to gather up some references, get to know them, and really dial down on one lendor.

Zillow estimates in my market are never accurate.

You cannot possibly know that until you have dealt with K and gathered your documentation.
