Those areas more or less line the southern and western boundary of south city and provide a nice anchor/buffer that should put keep up positive pressure on the booming hip areas for single young professionals like Tower Grove, Shaw, etc. even if that growth starts to slow.

Because the programs can't interpret, think, or strategize, I would try some of the old fashioned pencil, paper, worksheet, forms, booklets, and back ground reading (e.g., jk lasser has some decent rental property sale info and  Fishman's Nolo has some basics to accompany the IRS info)..

When I was trying to post my rental listing through Postlets these sites won't let me because only one status is allowed.The agent said it was out of her control because she has already removed the listing from MLS...Zillow doesn't usually update in a timely fashion...I am now only listing it on Craigslist...but the traffic is pretty low...Any suggestion??
