This is a great illustration of why you should have an independent agent/broker that you can consult with before contacting the actual insurance company. 

I would only work with an agent that is doing or has done what it is you want to do, first hand experience is absolutely crucial in this.

You may be lured in by a cheap price or a pushy agent trying to sell you on a deal.
