Speaking from past experience, parking is the biggest deal breaker.

If an investment property, a fix and flip loan could work.Some lenders will work with any level of investor experience, credit scores as low as 660 and can close in as little as 10 days.

In large part due to experimenting, but being flexible and ready to pivot at any moment really helped us get this done!

While doing this, I'd like to think this would help stack some experience when I am out of the Air Force and want to become a full time agent.

Brokers with exceptional communication, negotiation and experience will be at a premium, especially those with finance or mortgage experience for creative structuring and/or established relationships with listing brokers.

With these loans, we really underwrite the rental performance of the asset vs. the borrower, although credit does play a big factor, along with experience.
