The two chips in the granite are on top of the granite and are about dim sized, the granite is dark so hard to see, I was hoping to find some kind of epoxy to fill them with and lightly sand and seal, the LVP had red drip stain( about 4) on it so I was basically charging for labor for some elbow grease or just the damage if I can’t get it out

Quite honestly though, if you're folding, stuffing, and sealing the envelopes yourself then the application of a stamp is going to be the fastest part.

I asked them if they would buy a wood frame home and to a man they all answered that they would... with the caveat that you've got to keep them caulked, painted and sealed up tight so as not to let moisture (and mold) take hold.

Hi @Karla Simmons  I can't speak for the entire state as each area has its own issues including Hurricanes, being in flood zone or coastal due to the damages of salt water, erosion etc.
