I have been reading (scouring) the forum on SDIRA/SDIRA-LLC/SOLO-401K information, and am absolutely confused!

I keep reading that local banks are more willing to work with you on investment properties.

I read in Money Magazine that one of the biggest mistakes investors make it paying the typical fees to investment brokers, so I am looking to get out of that but don't want to lose my tail either.
