Selling real estate in a low value market IE median price point like some of the little mid western towns that hovers around 100 to 130k or so that can be a challenge if you cant do volume.. and I can see why wholesaling is so popular in those markets..

I am north of Boston so it is a very hot market and prices are challenging as a new investor.

These remodeled homes usually are sold at a premium so do your research and due dilligence about areas, I know the Plano, Carrollton, and North Dallas areas well enough so you can always reach out about sub markets within these cities and surrounding areas.

From our experience My wife  ( Oregon WA agent)  and my Daughter ( las Vegas agent) I have referred a few to my wife and they have transacted but our sales points are north of 400k  and well above and many are relocating its not all investors..

@Jason Bott If you have commercial or residential rental investors in any of the western states (NM, CO, CA, WY, AZ, NV) right now, cost segregation studies can be of huge benefit as Julio Gonzales mentioned above.

It has won multiple jobs in that arena since the decision including work in hypersonics and opened a big new rocket propulsion Advanced Manufacturing Facility in north Huntsville.The company did not say how many new jobs it plans to fill in Huntsville, and a spokesperson was not immediately available.

Does anyone know of any meet ups in Bergen County or north jersey area???
