Which leads me to the real reason for this post...I have been seeing a lot of investors putting out the call for referrals for investor-friendly agents in different parts of the country.

@Jim Viens That's EXACTLY what I was thinking beforehand but my biggest fear was throwing all the leads away that don't work for me.

If anyone can help with this, or wants to work together to make it happen, I have the deals and the leads on the homes here in the Birmingham AL area.

We also "hired" someone to fill the role of "property manager" for a few bucks a month (we never even knew that term).

How are you going to generate leads, qualify, contract, and then find buyers, qualify them, and then find the next deal?
