Today, 4/14/2020, the SBA issued their 3rd "Interim Final Rule" (what a name!)

It was a huge rehab, so it took about 8 months before I finally finished.

It's very common for lenders to do an initial AND a second/final verification of employment (VOE) just before the loan closes. 

Finally kicked them out at end of 2019.  

Final question, are there any investors in my area that I'd be able to get in touch with and just try and learn a few things from them? 

In the process of selling close to my first million in sales I’ve fallen in love with what most of my clients (investors) are buying and doing and would like to finally take a step towards it myself!

Send them a final statement per law and indicate whether they owe additional or not.

Finally, and separately, network with as many people as possible.   

But I finally took the plunge.
