So I’m any case the owner comes back to claim the property you have an entire packet to bring to the court and courts honer the packet not Joe from the street that said I never knew I own taxes..... yea right after 5-10 years later.

@Joe Splitrock the problem is that this is a short sale and I’m buying the home “as is”, I’m getting a good deal for it though, but I’ll probably see if getting it removed makes sense at this point
