As such, I'm evaluating many markets for some upcoming long-distance investments, and Cincinnati is high on the list.

Without this level of detail, you will never be able to effectively evaluate the bids.

Given affordability, tech evaluations of many companies who generate 0 or negative earnings (too reminiscent of the dot com era), and the disappearance of Chinese buyers (I made a post about this in another forum pondering how much influence they really had in major cities).

@Darren Crawford  No issues that I know of, I just think that is an important step to evaluate the risk. 

You forgot the most critical detail when evaluating a property you want for cash flow...what will it rent for?

I use a scoring system to evaluate each tenant.  

I assume building the criteria for evaluating what is a good deal, for me, is my next step. 

How can you begin to evaluate deals without this piece of information?
