Hi JJ.....I regularly poke around the Redfin website out of curiosity more than a desire to buy anything and I've noticed that the properties in Crete and Steger appear to be very reasonably priced for a pretty solid working class suburb.

Class C properties are typically more than 20 years old and located in less than desirable locations.

Not to build another building because a VERY desirable aspect of the property is that now, it is a park like setting (heavily wooded with a large stream) which tenants love and are willing to pay extra for.
