Hi everyone, I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the Platform Pacaso, I have noticed that it can inflate housing prices in some areas due to them being less concerned about paying a low price upfront and more focused on the overall profit they can generate through fractional sales and ongoing services. 

Does any one have any clarification on the new law passed in South Carolina on wholesaling?

Does any one have suggestions for property management companies they have had success with in the Richmond, VA area?

We currently live in Maryland and have $135-140k in equity in our primary residence.

Is there any type of document I can make the buyer sign for these 2 weeks he will be occupying the property in order to cover myself?

There is no way I’d wait 30+days to collect my money.
