The one in twenty nine palms would be fortunate to get half the rent of the RE in Encinitas but they have very similar maintenance/cap ex expectations.  2) This time we have a small SFR in a class B So Cal area that rents for $3K and a twice as large SFR (with 2X times as many bathrooms, bedrooms, square footage) that rents for $3K in a class D So Cal area.
