I've looked at FHA programs at big companies like Quicken Loans and NASB (North American Saving Bank) but their customer reviews are so bad I'm hesitant to pursue those options.

Customer service is one item that in general is tough these days so keep in mind the level of service you expect; how much advice can/will be offered, each firm will have it's own policies.

I use online software for my storage facility, and it can be customized to include parking spaces easily enough. 

@Derek Daun $8500 would be more than what I've seen other people pay for plans unless you're looking for something custom.
