I would check out airdna pay for a monthly sub for a bit, it really helps paint a picture of the health of a market. 

You have to put down a large deposit if you win via cashier's check.

Let him take the stuff because it is not worth your time to store it and then sell it.

But it’s worth it.

I plan to speak to my broker and it's probably a question for their lawyers, just wanting to check all my options before I choose a route
