@Matthew Paul - standard emotional roller coaster, right?

I know we're not supposed to be emotional about properties, but a complicating factor is that I am about our SoCal holdings. 

I can certainly understand the appeal that wholesaling has on people, and thus the strong emotional support that it brings. 

I could not feel people are emotional about housing market yet.

By and large, Owner-Occupiers are not Investors; they like getting emotionally attached!

When I confronted her about it, she says “I’m waiting on a letter from my doctor for one of those emotional thingys”.My questions:  Do emotional support pets have to be disclosed before hand?  

She then admitted the dog was hers and was her ESA (which means emotional support animal I think).

I’m not affiliated with the Real Estate Guys organization, I just enjoy their events and I have benefited tremendously from the education and network.1.Engage with people emotionally to get them to open up intellectuallyA potential investor might tell you “I’m looking for at least 10% cash on cash return and 18% IRR.”

I have been trying to avoid bringing "emotions" into our relationship, but I honestly am just tired of being told how awful everything is for her.

Not emotional - just as an investment.
