You also have to have a system in place to vet your guest (which Airbnb doesn't do anyway - all they do is "verify" their identity), create a lease agreement, accept deposits and payments and issue refunds of deposits.

They can verify it meets current law, explain some of the more complex clauses (e.g. joint and several liability), and maybe provide suggestions on where you could strengthen it based on their experience.In my experience, most attorneys have very little experience with landlord-tenant disputes.

RR has some very nice product .. however one just needs to look at any real estate venture with the same due diligence you would buying a home to live in.home inspection verify neighborhoods etc.My personal Experience with Zach the owner has proven over time he is very diligent in making sure his product and staff are on top of his clients investments.. that all said its still real estate so keep that in mind as well. but as for integrity Zach has it from my point of view.
