I'm interested in meeting up one on one with other investors in the Triangle area.

There may be some areas that will suffer less than others -- the suburbs, rural areas, major employment centers with comparatively sane real estate costs (Austin, research triangle, Salt Lake City, Denver).

I mounted them using those triangle brackets from Home Depot with 3 50lb anchors per bracket and 3 brackets per long shelf.

I understand a truss is the triangle support from wall to wall for the roof, but dont see what a "fink" truss is.

Has anyone out there worked with a good brick mason in the Triangle area?

I feel like in the triangle closer to Foster in the 70's is a more happening spot than where I am, south of Powell between 82nd and the freeway.
