I'd expect these guys come into the market like a lion- if it's a typical franchise they have a large buy-in cost and are required to have startup capital to fund a real team and real management capabilities...they will have to land a large number of clients and profitably manage to thrive.

Geoff Bishop Richmond is an awesome market where you can thrive and realize all your dreams; YET, you need to be very careful bc it's full of sharks.

I need this service to thrive as I can see it being a key component of my expansion strategy.

Ideally there about 5-6 markets I'd like to be in but right now since my team is thriving I'd like to give them more doors so that they prioritize me more and so that they make good money at the same time.

(One reason I became an agent was to save my family $ on the realtors commission) But I want to expand and thrive in this business.

But I for one have been able to get my business to thrive due to Scott's mentoring.

Also, there are many inhabitants who thrive off entitlements, section 8, etc.

However, this site thrives on interactions and as such we encourage two way exchanges and look forward to educational and thought provoking ideas relevant to REI.

If you want to start flipping houses, maybe the 203k loan isn't the best vehicle for your first investment...The 203k loan thrives off the appreciation of the property through rehabbing.
