I tell them I wanna do conventional maybe at 5-10% but tell me that I can't or go FHA but not thrilled about Refi to get rid of PMI in a couple of years, I guess I could use the equity I have on my current hack cause I done work on the place but don't know about that either, any suggestions appreciated.Once again a BIG CONGRATULATIONS on your place and for not giving up, keep it up.
