I think you can have a separate inspection for somewhere around a couple hundred bucks whereby they scope the sewer line (run a small camera down the sewer line).

Think towards raising rents though because if there aren't many available that is what you will need to do.To find out about the sewer line you can hire a plumber to run a video camera through the line.

I have a long and empty large living room that needs something in it to give it some sense of the scale of the place.I was thinking about hiring a professional to take pictures because I don't have the equipment- DSLR camera, wide angle lens, tripod, etc..  

I don't have a recommendation for a lock, but I really like the Zmodo cameras. 

There are a LOT of tools in the office, as well as a nice TV for the security cameras and the computer.

Am I reading this right - you would add security cameras to monitor a tenant inside their home?
