As for properly collateralized performing notes in Vegas I think those are quite safe.

@Mike MillerI had the name of one brokerage in California, that doesn't require MLS membership or Realtor membership, in my notes for some research I had done for a venture I'm involved in. 

If your plan is to own a lot of properties, then you are probably better off getting notes as you go.

As others have noted, its going to depend on the lender and going to be differentiated.

I would recommend to look into something more powerful for business/corporate usage.Section C is not my expertise, but I would recommend to follow  the law and have strong security policy such as minimum password requirements and regular changes.To end this on a positive note, Cybersecurity is slowly moving to the forefront of business thinking and it's taken more seriously now than 10, 20 years ago.

The news cycle notes that the limited availability of affordable homes is primarily due to a significant gap between the demand for housing and the supply. 

But the biggest one, as Nathan notes, is that it is an incredible amount of work for whoever is trying to compile this info and there very few people willing to pay for.  

Note i put forth effort in an attempt to maintain a leveraged position   With the recent rate hikes, my equity position has never been higher which i consider undesired (but teading 3% rates for over 6% rates is more undesired).
