Well it looks like non-profits are exempt....So I suppose Dope Traffickers will just buy an ongoing concern non profit and operate that with ownership as an IBC (International Business Corporation) in some privacy haven, or Russia, or Yemin or somewhere (if those places have privacy laws???)

The thing about condos is the HOA will go up and your mortgage stays the same so you will end up losing by the end of the mortgage.

These loans do come from banks directly (Fannie/Freddie loans come from the Federal Government) so each bank that offers these types of mortgages might have slightly different requirements.
