That is the reason why you will see DSTs commonly invest in single tenant assets where a long term lease is in place with an extremely stable tenant.

This sounds like a development, so you and your team should have years of experience and a track record of success before you take other peoples money.

It might be just me... but I don't think long term rental might be the move here.
