Make sure you follow the eviction process to the end so it will show up on further reports and you can still stick them with a bad report since they stuck you with not fulfilling their part of the lease agreement.

You don't say who had the 50% investor ratio issue so I'm not sure if that was part of the loan requirement or the HOA allowing a rental.So the easy one loan/insurance: All you need to do is fulfill the OO period of the loan.

I assume you are talking about something like prosper as opposed to something like kickstarter.prosper has a 35K limit and the money is unsecured.. and that amount may not be fulfilled anyway even if you ask for it.
