Under Reg D 506C it’s the sponsors responsibility to take reasonable steps to verify that the investor is indeed accredited.

Hey @Tonio Pearce - If you don't have an end destination, you won't know which road to take.If you can create a longer term vision (5-10 year) for your business, you can slowly back in next steps for (1 year, qtrly, weekly). 

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed at first, but just take it one step at a time.

If you are getting what you are from the bank, you need to step back and assess the deal. 

I haven't ever found an easy money scheme and in my experience when everyone and their uncle starts jumping on the bandwagon it might be time to take a step back and wait for the correction.  

You could easily niche into that via even just the legal realm and would probably never have to step outside of it.

I would go a step further and say there is a Thought-Cancer in US Society today that people feel there not only entitled to affordability, but that it's focused to and for THERE "affordability".
