All sorts of red flags came up from scam to not worth it to it just being another sales pitch.I had already given them my CC info and I knew if that payment went through the next day I’d never see that money again.

Had several scam Craigslist listings and many places have waitlists, so I wanted to reach out here as well.  

I just went into contract with two beautiful SFH in good suburbs of San Antonio, TX for approx 220k each, and need loans of 120k on each of the properties.I've never taken out a private money loan before, and am very nervous about finding a company that is genuine, as I've read the tales on the forum here, and also have Googled one company and read the many complaints about how these scam operations work.

any way while looking at financing I've come across a bunch of things that seem like total scams and think a place to report and ask if any one has had experience with any of business?

The typical scam is the tell the person they are out of town and to wire money to there attorney to set up a showing.

I feel I was getting scammed.

Everyone reading this should go report their YouTube channel as a scam.
