The push button combos are nice because the combo is never shown and you don’t have to worry about somebody forgetting to”reset” the tumblers before they leaveFor Realtor listings, we have electronic lockboxes that only open for licensed Realtors and are satellite tracked so you know immediately (or as fast as the data can upload) when and who opened the lockbox.

There's lots of areas within 1 hour of Austin that could work for that budget but not in Austin.Any suggestions of good satellite cities that are growing and would be worth looking into?

Although we are not required to favor Comcast under the current agreement, I would prefer our residents to have Comcast over other providers, such as DirectTV, who use satellite dishes that make the property look unsightly.With all of this said, what would be a fair/appropriate fee for Comcast to pay in consideration of granting them the right to install their lines on our property?

It’s a relaxed, hilly place to live.The Olympic sites are spread out around LA, but they’ll focus on Exposition Park (next to USC) and the new stadium in Inglewood (with some satellite locations up in the Valley and down in Long Beach).I don’t think you’re too late to Inglewood.
