Lots of interior plumbing that we did ourselves (frozen burst pipes). 2 Kitchens, 2 baths, some electrical, Rugs Garage partions, work and it cost approx $40,000.

You damage Furniture, like a leased car, the rental agency will expect you to pay for itYou're trying to get 5 Star reviews and you will not do it with damaged and scratched Goodwill or Salvation Army stuff.You may need area rugs or to replace some of the Carpeting and Flooring.I am finishing up 6 units for the market.

Hi Becky,you might want to double check on that - I think you have to have a named (real) person as well as an address.You're dealing with Guv'ment folks who can pull the rug from under you, and who will apply all the rules.

They can always put a throw rug down for color/softness.As far as vinyl over wooden subfloors, I have several rentals with vinyl planks over wood and haven't had a problem with separation.
