Finding the right GC, broker/real estate agent, and property manager is key in most deals. 

To make matters worse, not everything is listed on an MLS like in the US; many agents keep listings to themselves, which makes the market more opaque. 

Trusting what the franchise tells you is foolish.I can tell you this: there are companies selling leads to real estate agents all the time.

One of the worst mistakes you can make is hire an agent to do PM.
