Thats my personal belief.

What I wanted to share with you all was how I worked through it using a counseling technique called 'reversing limiting beliefs'.

Here is where I suspect I and Jay Hinrichs (and others) probably disagreeIt is my belief, That is I present myself in the following way:I am not presenting myself as there to help the seller find a buyerIt is clear we are on opposing sides, I am negotiating for my benefit the seller is negotiating for the sellers benefit. 

You are living by the words and belief that,  “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.”

@Andrew Eaton   my Siders are Mennonites and yes they are very good.. only issue with them is they have religious holidays all the time.. and they just don't show up..

Your area could really have a need or be saturated beyond belief where no money can be made.

My personal belief is, I would rather see newer investors learn what a loan is supposed to be with performance, good collateral and good credit and then learn lesser qualities of those standards before they learn what lesser qualities are as a standard.

Phillip I. has good advice - start going to some Meetups and networking, and trade off some of your other time commitments (watching tv, for example) and set up keywords here on BP . . and start reading it religiously as well as listening to the podcasts. 

Their belief there was that renters are scum and are the cause of the world problems and they didn't want any of those scumbag renters in their development.I also studied all the condos almost the entire county and ranged them by the costs of the monthly HOA fees.
