Funny enough, the house I made an offer on before the one I closed on I did go through multiple inspections: electrical, plumbing, and regular inspection and I ended up walking away from that one.

We have filed for eviction and the tenant has filed a law suit claiming false allegations.

@Becky Hoffman If one member of the LLC does not care to have any claim to the property as you describe why can't the partner merely be removed from the LLC.
