For an unsophisticated investor like White coat Investors who has 250k to park as a downpayment and let it sit without any upside except for appreciation go ahead.

@Kyle PascualFirst of all I would get out of stock and sit in cash for the short term the Fed as you know just drop rates by 1/2 of a percent last week over the last 30 years anytime that has happened the economy has been in a recession within 6 months and the stock market has had a massive correction.

Remind them that sound does travel between the units, so if they are on a late night phone call with their friends, to perhaps not sit in the room directly under the upstairs bedrooms.

Sorry, it doesn't sit right with me.Also seems to be a pretty blatant violation of the equal protections clause, although they don't seem to care much about that anymore

One great example is framing crew comes in....frames up the house, plumbing and electrical crew comes in and does their thing....leaves all their 1/2 finished cokes, Gatorade and beer cans and 1/2 eaten lunches sitting on the framing.   

If rent is $2,000 and utilities another $300, that's nearly $5,000 to sit on a vacant home.
