CA that had very large recreational subdivision built in the 50s 60s  quite a few of those go.. 

They may just agree to cover them, especially if Landlord offers to eat the appliance costs if they cover the utilities.If that doesn't work and it is an issue for the tenants, I wouldn't do it.

Now they are stating since moving here they developed severe allergies and other issues, and have been going to the ER quite often.

I have worked with quite a few out of state investors. 

So for example, in the Orlando market, a 4bd house is pretty low as a standard but over here in the Tampa Bay Area a 4bd house is quite high on the STR ladder.  

If you have to replace your roof, you will need to have the panels removed and reinstalled by an authorized solar installer - quite probably the same company who installed them in the first place.

It’s about 4 hours away from me and had become quite difficult to manage being so far away. 

My family goes to our STR quite often and we alway have a nice time. 

The regulations in Chicago can be quite overwhelming, so I’m looking forward to exploring the opportunities in this area.
