I'll preface by saying I'm not a tax expert, but just went through a cost segregation as a REPS and this was my view.The benefit from pulling out these items coupled with the bonus depreciation far outweighs any incrementally higher taxes in later years, by quite a large margin.

My initial thought is to invest this into the stock market (Amazon, Tesla, Google, etc...) and keep doing that for the next two distributions as well, ultimately pulling it all back out, plus the earnings (hopefully) in 3 years time to purchase a house.Based on the plethora of experience in these forums, does the above sound like a good plan?

If the property you're thinking of tapping into equity for is the one you listed, you bought for $495 and you owe $450 on it, unless it has appreciated quite a bit I don't think you have enough equity in there to pull from.
