What type of properties are you seeking, SFR, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF?

My concern is this may be considered retaliation, but really its just that all these people are wearing the property down.

So, your property must be secured with deterrents to hopefully stop this from happening - but, it's impossible to guarantee security.
