Hello BP,  It's been a while since I have been active in the forums or on the platform.

I am Texas based so may answers will skew more towards my region but I would leave to hear what are some other areas you may be paying attention to that isn't as popular as some of the main stays (Smokies, Joshua Tree, etc)Mine right now are 1.

QBO's reports are also super duper customizable.And, the 3rd major benefit of QBO is its ability to integrate with other platforms more seamlessly than REI-specific software.I promise I don't work for Intuit haha.

Its a platform that creates the vibe of working in a cafe or library. 

When going incognito on booking platforms, our place is really difficult to find.

It’s a great platform to connect with fellow investors.

I'm still trying to understand the best use of this platform :)I'm currently working with a mortgage broker in OH, but it's always good to have more points of view.
