When you see those, make the offer through your agent....if your offer is accepted WITHOUT a counteroffer, I would actually be worried.....it means your offer was to high/and/or the seller is desperate.....if they counter offer, work with the agent and then get it figured out.....MAKE SURE YOU GET A HOME INSPECTION.......that will tell you what really needs to be done with the property and it will prevent you from having to keep flying out there.You'll be fine Kiki....the key is to take the first steps.
