I have been looking at the rental home market in Rochester, NY for the past several weeks and have pinpointed a collection of homes for sale in and around the city that seem to have a good potential. 

I was looking for a trusted investment agent / property manager who would help me pinpoint great investment opportunities in a cash-flow positive market while leading the end-to-end purchase, rehab and management flow.

They didn't admit to falling or anything, so we can't pinpoint a cause.

We can all find cities with noticeable variances in asking price, but to pinpoint one city and use it as a representation of an entire market is inaccurate.

Get a good realtor who knows investments and can help you pin point an area.

@Aaron Nelson Just a few tips on pinpointing the rent prices.When doing estimates for possible investments, STAY CONSERVATIVE.

I can't pinpoint one in particular, however all this knowledge helped me to be named in top 1% of Realtors in Chicago, an Association with over 14,000 agents.  

Fourplexes are more like hoping you get the price that the market is asking because they don't use the  income approach and makes it difficult to pinpoint an exact sales price.

I was associated with people they trusted and had some experience in pinpointing deals.
